School with Daddy

One of the nice things about Woodlands is their open door policy towards parents. Parents are always encouraged to go in to help out with class activities or read to the kids. Mia frequently comes home and tells us so and so's mummy or daddy came to school today, which is then quickly followed by "Mama and Daddy, can you come to my class?" And so, one day Daddy did.

Girlie goss to start off the morning
Free play before Circle Time
Girlfriends
Daddy reading Mia's favourite book (Little Einsteins - Leo's Baton) to the Star Bears
Ms Daisy showing the kids how to make their own batons
Daddy leading art & craft time
Guess what colour our batons will be? Pink of course!
Hanging up to dry
After a looong 2- day wait, we finally get to take out baton home!

Cupcakes at school

Ryan: "Can I invite all my friends to my party?"
Mama/Daddy: "Err....."

So we reached a compromise. We brought some cupcakes to class to share with his He Ban friends.

So happy to be the centre of attention
